Bryan Parks, serves as the Chairman and the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Parks has over thirty-eight years of experience in building and running e-commerce and technology companies; many from concept to a successful exit. As a C-level executive, Mr. Parks has managed over 2000 employees and has significant experience in team leadership, marketing, finance, and business development. Mr. Parks has been successful in raising both seed and growth capital for several companies and is highly proficient in finance and securities compliance.

Michael Salorio

CEO/ President

Michael Salorio Serves as the Chief Executive Officer For Solentrex Technologies. Mr. Salorio is a graduate of Arizona State University Master Of Science In Finance and holds a series 7, 9 and 10 securities license. Mr. Salorio has extensive experience in business sales and management and has achieved the highest recognition in being the top 1% of Relationship Managers in the united states. Mr. Salorio’s leadership role will include building Solentrex business development, sales, partnerships, and strategic planning.

Shea Sueda

Director Of Business Development

Shea Sueda serves as the Director Of Business Development and industry strategic partner for Solentrex Technologies. Mr. Sueda is a graduate of WP Carey School Of Business graduating with honors at Arizona State University. He minored in Real Estate and majored in Entrepreneurship, and founded the highest reviewed solar company in the state of Arizona during his last semester of college in Which he was the CEO of over 350 sales reps over the course of 4 years. Shea has extensive knowledge of every part of the entire solar industry and a vast industry network and influence.

Coltrane Charczenko

Director Of Design And Development

Coltrane Charczenko serves as the Director Of Design And Development For Solentrex. Mr. Charczenko is the Co-Founder and CEO of Omni Power, a thriving solar sales organization that has installed over $35 million in solar systems in just three years. With over seven years in door-to-door (D2D) sales and five years in the solar industry, Coltrane has built a reputation as a dynamic leader and top performer. After two successful years growing pest control teams in California, he transitioned to solar, where he thrived—personally generating over $2 million in solar installations in his second year and becoming one of his company’s top producers. Today, Coltrane leads a team of 60+ sales reps operating across Arizona, Texas, and Colorado, driving Omni Power’s growth and impact in the renewable energy sector.

Zachary Leinberger

Zach Leinberger is the Vice president and a strategic partner at Southwest Electric, as well as the founder and owner of Ultra Energy, a nationwide sales organization. With seven years of experience in the solar industry, Zach has successfully led multiple business ventures, including Southwest Electric, a premier solar installer in the phoenix area. Under Zach’s leadership, Southwest Electric has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability, earning the trust of over 5,000 homeowners for their solar installations. His extensive industry expertise, proven leadership, and dedication to renewable energy drive both companies’ missions to deliver sustainable and innovative energy solutions.
